Prospector's is our Signature Sauce here at the restaurant. Think of it as a zesty mix of a sauce from a popular chain that sells chicken, but not on Sunday's, thousand island, mayo and BBQ sauce. Oohh, maybe we didn't make that sound good? We'll, it's hard to explain, you're just going to have to try it. Feel free to ask for a sample with your next order or next time you stop it. What we can tell you, is that it isn't spicy! Hope that helps a little.

We are located directly across the street from Harding's in downtown Galesburg inside the old gas station building. The gas station on the point, which some of you may remember as Piper's Grinders, is connected to the brown building behind it. Parking and entrance for Prospector's in on the west side of the building.
